We kindly ask foreign citizens to check the rules of the migration services of the country of entry and the current visa regime.
Vaccinated passengers with a certificate arriving from India, Brazil, South American countries, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bhutan, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, (including by indirect flights) must present the results of a PCR test (with a QR code) issued by an authorized accredited laboratory. In the absence of a test, the passenger passes the ID Now COVID-19 Rapid Nucleic Acid Amplification Test, and in case of a positive result, a PCR test will be performed at the airport of arrival. In case of a positive result of the PCR test, the passenger is hospitalized.
Vaccinated passengers arriving from countries where the coronavirus has not been mutated are also required to present a certificate of vaccination with a QR code issued by an accredited laboratory.
Passengers with a vaccine approved by WHO and the Egyptian Medical Organization are allowed to enter Egypt (strictly after the expiration of 14 days from the date of injecting of the entire dose of the vaccine): Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Sinopharm, Sinovac, Sputnik, Johnson & Johnson.
Passengers arriving without a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 must have a negative PCR test result, only children under 6 years of age are exempt from testing.
Transit passengers who are not eligible for hotel accommodation and who will remain at Cairo Airport until the next flight are not required to take a PCR test on arrival.
Transit passengers who are eligible for hotel accommodation and who will not stay at Cairo Airport until their next flight must have a negative PCR test result for hotel accommodation, even if their final destination country does not require a negative test result.
A certificate of passing the PCR test is accepted if it meets the following requirements:
- The passenger's data must be visible, clear and without errors.
- only in Arabic or English,
- the type of sample taken for the smear is specified,
- the sample must be taken 72 hours (as maximum) before arrival in Egypt,
- The PCR test must be performed by an authorized accredited laboratory,
- the test result must be confirmed by the original laboratory stamp on the original document or must contain a laboratory QR code on the original document.
The following are considered as not valid:
- Copies of tests, even certified with the original seal,
- test results written by hand,
- certificates with traces of scraping, cancellations or additions.
- passengers of international flights that go directly to the airports of Sharm el-Sheikh / Taba/Hurghada/Marsa Alam, who do not take a valid PCR test 72 hours before the departure time of the flight, must take a PCR test on arrival at the specified airports (the cost of the test is 30 US dollars). These passengers will be isolated in their hotels until the result of the PCR test is received. In the event of a positive PCR test, the passenger will be isolated in his/her hotel room, and the Egyptian Ministry of Health will be informed about it.
During the flight, passengers must wear protective masks.
The health application form is filled out by passengers before boarding an international flight at the departure airport and at the premises of the quarantine authority upon arrival (in English only).
Passengers with a temperature (equal to / above) 38C or with one of the respiratory symptoms (coughing/sneezing/shortness of breath, etc.) are prohibited from boarding the aircraft.
Before purchasing a ticket, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the procedure and rules for entry and exit from/to the territory of Egypt on the website of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Arab Republic of Egypt. There may be restrictions on the admission to check-in for passengers staying in Egypt for more than 84 days. In case of refusal to enter /exit to/from the territory of Egypt by the border services or other state bodies of Egypt due to the violation of Egyptian legislation by the passenger, the airline is not responsible.
Before departing to Cuba, travelers must fill out a special health questionnaire about the state of health. It is established as a mandatory measure for international travelers who arrive in the country after 0001 local time on the 2021 January 10th, the presentation of a negative PCR - RT test carried out 72 hours before the trip in a certified laboratory of the country of origin or provenance.
All passengers undergo a free PCR test on arrival, the result of which is announced in 24 hours. In case the result is positive, the traveler may be hospitalized. Passengers who have had contact with an infected person will be quarantined (in a special hotel area or in a separate hotel) until a second PCR test is carried out 3-4 days later. If symptoms of the disease appear, you should immediately contact the insurance company.
In public places (airports, transport) it is necessary to wear personal protective equipment - masks and gloves. You can only pay for purchases in hotels by contactless means.
Please also note that all electronic cigarettes and tobacco heating devices are prohibited from being imported into Cuba. Please also note that, according to the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Russia, travel between provinces is not possible and vacationers must spend all their vacation time on the territory of the province through which they entered.
A certificate in English with a negative PCR test result must be obtained 96 hours before entry. The test is mandatory for all Russian citizens except children under the age of 1 year.
Not earlier than 24 hours before departure (please note that this also applies to return flights) you must complete an electronic questionnaire on the website of the Maldives Migration Service (personal information is filled in Latin). An electronic certificate of the PCR test results must be attached to this form (in English).

It is necessary to wear masks and gloves in public places. There are certain restrictions on movement between islands in the Maldives. You can find out more about travel rules between the islands on the website of your tour operator (if you are travelling on tour). To enter Mexico, tourists must fill out an electronic form on the website https://www.vuelaseguro.com not earlier than 12 hours before departure. There are no quarantine measures for tourists, test for COVID-19 is not required.
Before departure from Mexico, passengers must fill out the application form again on the website not earlier than 12 hours before departure.
Passengers arriving in Dubai from Russia must have a valid COVID-19 test certificate issued no later than 72 hours before departure. The certificate must be provided by a certified laboratory. It’s necessary to make sure that the time of sampling - "Date and Time" and the time of presentation of the results – "Date and Time of the result" are accurate.
The certificate must indicate a negative result of the PCR test in Arabic or in English,
* UAE citizens are exempt from this requirement and can take a PCR test upon arrival in Dubai. For more information about the rules of visiting and recommendations, please visit the website of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Dubai (Russian Federation).
It is necessary to have a COVID-19 vaccination or PCR test in order to visit the Republic of Cyprus.
All passengers
The Cyprus Flight Pass online form must be completed at least 24 hours prior to departure on the web-platform cyprusflightpass.gov.cy. For passage on a flight, the permit must contain the phrase «This certifies that the passenger(s) named below are clear to fly to Cyprus». The presence of a Cyprus Flight Pass is also mandatory for minors.
Vaccinated passengers
Only passengers who have been vaccinated with a medication approved by the European Medicines Agency are allowed to enter. The confirmation certificate must be issued in English and provided on the online-platform cyprusflightpass.gov.cy. If the vaccine involves the administration of two doses, then passengers should be vaccinated with two doses. Fourteen days must elapse between receiving the required dose of the Janssen vaccine (one dose of the vaccine) and the date of the trip.
Unvaccinated passengers
Entry is permitted after receiving a negative PCR test (in English), with a sample taken within the last 72 hours prior to travel. The test is not required only for children under 12 years of age. Upon arrival in the Republic of Cyprus, a second PCR test must be performed at the airport.
Please note that the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Cyprus may carry out random testing, including of passengers with vaccination certificates.

All passengers arriving by air travel into Turkey shall hold a negative SARS-CoV-2 PCR test performed within the last seventy-two (72) hours before their entry (effective from 30.12.2020). Passengers who do not have negative SARS-CoV-2 PCR tests should not be accepted on board. The PCR test must be in English language.
When visiting Tanzania, there is no need to fill out health questionnaires or provide the receiving party with PCR test certificates. Despite this, we ask you to take care of your health and the health of those around you!
In case of any symptoms of illness, please contact the insurance company immediately and follow the announced instructions. After this, you should isolate yourself and also take a PCR test, which will result in further decisions about hospitalization or prescribing outpatient treatment.
We also remind you of the need to maintain social distance, wear masks and gloves, and regularly use sanitizers!

Passengers are allowed to enter the Republic of Tunisia upon presentation of a vaccination certificate or a certificate that a passenger has been tested positive for COVID-19 at least six weeks before arrival.
In the absence of such documents, passengers are required to fill out a form on the website https://app.e7mi.tn before departure, to print and to sign the health status form and the self-isolation form for a period of 7 days. Upon arrival, passengers are required to present a negative PCR test result made no earlier than 72 hours before departure and to self-isolate for 7 days.
The passenger who arrived in Turkey from 15.03.2021 must fill the Traveler Entry Form through the link Register.health.gov.tr.
The Traveler Entry Form should be filled at least 72 hours before the flight.
