Foreign citizens should be aware of the migration rules of the entry country and current visa regime.
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2723-р dated October 06, 2023 citizens of Ukraine aged from 14 may arrive in Russia after October 16 by air via checkpoint at Sheremetyevo International Airport only. Entry via other airports of the Russian Federation is prohibited. To avoid deportation of such citizens arriving in Russia by AZUR air flights, the airline may unilaterally deny their transportation.
IMPORTANT: passengers with children under 12 are recommended to arrive at the airport 3 hours before the flight departure. Early arrival will allow you to comfortably go through pre-flight formalities and get the nearby seats in the aircraft cabin at the check-in.
All coronavirus restrictions for entry into Egypt have been lifted since June 17.
Passengers who have been within the country territory not more than 30 days are allowed to the charter flights from Egypt.
Passengers arriving in Egypt by a charter flight must fly back by a charter flight only from the same city to which they arrived. Foreign citizens arriving in Egypt by a scheduled flight must fly back by a scheduled flight only too.
Only those are allowed to the flights from Egypt to Moscow, who arrived by a charter flight of any airline and stay in the country not more than 12 weeks (84 days). At the same time, according to the rules of the regulatory state body in civil aviation of the Arab Republic of Egypt (Egypt), the airport of arrival and return airport must be the same.
The previously valid sanitary and epidemiological requirements for arriving passengers related to COVID-19 have been cancelled. Also, filling out an online declaration before departure is not required.
All arriving passengers are recommended to get COVID-19 vaccination according to the requirements of their country of domicile and have a vaccination certificate when entering India.
Attention! Baggage allowance on the flights from Moscow to Goa is 10 kg. It is impossible to buy extra baggage allowance.
Flights from India to Russia:
All additional requirements and restrictions related to COVID-19 have been cancelled.
All arriving and departing passengers must fill out an electronic questionnaire on the Maldives Immigration Service website within 96 hours before departure (personal information is filled out in Latin).
The previously valid coronavirus entry restrictions have been lifted: vaccination certificates and PCR results are not required upon entry.
Flights from the Republic of Maldives to Russia:

All coronavirus restrictions for entry into the UAE have been lifted, arriving passengers have been exempted from providing vaccination certificates and PCR test for COVID-19 results.
Flights from the UAE to Russia:
All additional requirements and restrictions related to COVID-19 have been cancelled.
All coronavirus restrictions for entry into Türkiye have been lifted from June 01, arriving passengers have been exempted from providing vaccination certificates and PCR test for COVID-19 results.
Flights from the TÜRKIYE to Russia:
All additional requirements and restrictions related to COVID-19 have been cancelled.
All coronavirus restrictions for entry into Thailand have been lifted from January 10, 2023, arriving passengers have been exempted from providing vaccination certificates and PCR test for COVID-19 results.
Foreign citizens arriving in Thailand by a charter flight must fly back also by a charter flight of the same airline as they arrived. Foreign citizens arriving in Thailand by a scheduled flight must fly back by a scheduled flight only too.
Please, note that import of electronic cigarettes, hookahs, mixtures and liquids into Thailand is strictly prohibited.
Flights from Thailand to Russia:
All additional requirements and restrictions related to COVID-19 have been cancelled.
Entry into the country is allowed if there are valid documents and all visa requirements have been met. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival. Electronic Travel Approval may be obtained either via the website, or at the Embassy of Sri Lanka, or upon arrival at the airport. The visa is issued for 30 days.
The previously valid sanitary requirements for arriving tourists related to COVID-19 have been cancelled since December 07, 2022: all arriving passengers have been exempted from providing vaccination certificates and PCR test for COVID-19 results.
Flights from Sri Lanka to Russia:
