TRAVEL SAFETY

In connection with the adoption of additional aviation security measures, we recommend you to arrive at the airport of departure in advance

Passengers should be well aware of the location of emergency exits, the rules for the use of life jackets and the emergency oxygen system. Only when this is done will rescue services and the crew be able to act clearly and effectively in the event of emergencies. Before the start of the flight, please listen carefully to the instructions of the flight attendant and read the instructions on behavior in case of an emergency on board the aircraft. If you are sitting or sleeping during the flight, we advise you to leave the seatbelt secured. This will help to pass through air-pockets easier, and keep you free from injury in case of sharp jolts that may occur due to turbulence.

Use of electronic equipment on board

For the purpose of flight safety, the use of electronic devices (mobile phones, photo and video equipment, laptops, tablets, MP3-players, etc.) and headphones are forbidden during taxiing, take-off, and landing, and also when the "Fasten seat belts" light is turned on. After the light has been turned off, it is possible to use electronic equipment that has been placed in airplane mode.

Transportation of portable electronic devices

In accordance with ICAO recommendations from March 31, 2017 No. EB 2017/23 AN 11/2.12.

1. Portable electronic devices operating on lithium batteries must be completely switched off (not in standby mode or low power mode) and placed in protective packaging to avoid inadvertent activation or damage.
Suitable protection can be provided in the form of a hard shell suitcase (device cover) and/or cushioning material such as clothing to prevent it from moving.

2. The transport of spare batteries, charging banks, and portable electronic smoking devices (e.g. electronic cigarettes, personal steam generators) in checked baggage is prohibited
Transport of the above-mentioned items is allowed only in hand baggage.
